Maple Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

1 scoop FLEX vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup kodiak cakes
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup egg whites or liquid of choice

maple syrup:
2 tbsp maple pancake protein cookie butter powder
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar free syrup
2 tbsp fat free reddiwip

Directions

  • Mix all pancake ingredients in a bowl.
  • Heat a greased pan over medium heat and cook pancakes (makes about 5).
  • For the syrup, mix the powder and water first to avoid clumping.
  • Stir in the sugar-free syrup, then fold in the Reddi-wip.
  • Pour syrup over pancakes and enjoy!
