INGREDIENTS
1 Scoop FLEX Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Kodiak Cakes
1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Egg Whites Or Liquid Of Choice
Maple Syrup:
2 Tbsp Maple Pancake Protein Cookie Butter Powder
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Sugar Free Syrup
2 Tbsp Fat Free Reddiwip
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all pancake ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat a greased pan over medium heat and cook pancakes (makes about 5).
- For the syrup, mix the powder and water first to avoid clumping.
- Stir in the sugar-free syrup, then fold in the Reddi-wip.
- Pour syrup over pancakes and enjoy!
