Ingredients
225g Fairlife Fat Free Milk
225g Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Splash of Butter Extract
30g FLEX Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
15g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
8g Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
5g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Pinch of Sea Salt
45g FLEX Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein
45g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
25g Coconut Flour
4g Zero Cal Sweetener
Pinch of Sea Salt1
15g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
Splash of Butter Extract
30g Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Add all your Creami ingredients to a pint and mix with a hand blender/milk frother until smooth. Freeze until solid.
- For protein cookie dough bites, mix all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a bowl. Add Greek yogurt and butter extract, then mix until crumbly. Form into dough and stir in chocolate chips. Freeze to firm up.
- Once dough is firm, form small balls and refrigerate.
- When Creami is frozen, thaw slightly (10 mins or warm water around edges), then run on "Lite Ice Cream" function.
- Make a hole in the middle, add mix-ins, and run "Mix-ins" function.
