2 Ripe Bananas
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 Cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup FLEX Birthday Cake Whey Protein
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Monk Fruit Sugar
1 Egg
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the unsweetened applesauce, sugar-free maple syrup, almond flour, birthday cake protein powder, baking soda, monk fruit sugar, and egg to the mashed bananas. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the mini muffins to cool in the tin before removing them.
