INGREDIENTS
Dough:
1 1/4 Cups Self Rising Flour
1/4 Cup Flex Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Sugar
Filling:
2 Tbsp Light Butter (Melted)
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar Alternative
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Glaze:
3 Tbsp Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener 2 Tbsp Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
DIRECTIONS
- To a large bowl add all dough ingredients and fold together with a rubber spatula until well combined. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until no longer sticky.
- Roll dough into a thin rectangular shape and brush with melted butter then add brown sugar and cinnamon and spread out so it evenly covers the dough. Roll dough tightly and slice into 7 cinnamon rolls.
- Brush the tops with remaining melted butter then place them in the air fryer at 375F and bake for around 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes
- While cinnamon rolls cool, whisk together glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour on top of cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
