S’mores Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops FLEX Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute Or Regular Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Handful Of Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 Crumbled Graham Crackers

DIRECTIONS

  • To a large bowl add, yogurt, brown sugar, and peanut butter, mix until well combined.
  • Then add almond flour and protein powder and fold together until smooth. Lastly fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and Graham crackers.
  • Place in the freezer for 15 min to set.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days!
