INGREDIENTS
1 Scoop FLEX Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Oat Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pinch Of Salt
3 Tbsp Pumpkin Purée
2 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup (Or Regular)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Chocolate Chips For Topping
DIRECTIONS
- To a bowl add all ingredients except for chocolate, whisk together until smooth. If too thick add more milk 1 tbsp at a time.
- Transfer to a microwave safe bowl or mug and top with chocolate.
- Microwave for 1 min, let sit for a few seconds then microwave for another 30 seconds. It may need another 30 seconds depending on microwave.
- Let cool and top with yogurt if desired and enjoy!
