INGREDIENTS
1.5 Cups Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Scoop FLEX Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup (Or Regular)
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
2 Tsp Coconut Oil
Optional: Chopped Walnuts For Topping
DIRECTIONS
- Add yogurt, pumpkin, protein powder, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice to a bowl to a bowl and mix. Then fold in chopped blueberries.
- Add parchment paper to a baking sheet then spoon yogurt onto plate forming even circles. Freeze until solid.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Then dip the yogurt bites in the chocolate so both sides are coated. Sprinkle walnuts on top.
- Place back in the freezer to allow chocolate to set for 10 minutes and enjoy!
