INGREDIENTS
Protein Cookie Dough (Enough For 2 Bowls):
30g Flex Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
15g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter
15g Powdered PB8
G Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
5g Zero Cal Sweetener
Pinch Of Sea Salt
15g Mini Chocolate Chips
Cold Water
Jello Bowls (Makes 5):
2 Boxes Sugar Free Raspberry Jello Mix
2 Cups Hot Water
2 Cups Cold Water
DIRECTIONS
- Prep your jello by boiling 1 cup of water (can microwave for 2.5 minutes) and then adding 1 cup of cold water to it. Then add a whole box of the sugar free jello. Mix well. Repeat this for a whole new batch so you have enough to make 5 bowls.
- Add evenly to your 5 small bowls. Now add these to the fridge overnight to set.
- Once jello bowls are set, make your protein cookie dough by adding all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water and mix till you get a thick not too THICCC cookie dough. Add in your mini chocolate chips.
- This amount of cookie dough it enough for two bowls. So add to the top of your cookie dough bowls and enjoy!
