INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Oats
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Scoop FLEX Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Of Salt

Toppings:
Peanut Butter Layer (2 Tbsp Yogurt + 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder Or Regular Peanut Butter)
Chocolate Layer (1-2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips + 1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients until smooth (~30seconds)
  • Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes
  • While baking, prepare the peanut butter layer by mixing its ingredients together.
  • Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave them in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Layer the peanut butter mixture over the oats, then add the chocolate layer on top.
  • Refrigerate until the layers harden.
