Buckeye Oats


1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp milk
1 scoop FLEX Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Peanut butter layer (2 tbsp yogurt + 1 tbsp peanut butter powder or regular peanut butter)
Chocolate layer (1-2 tbsp chocolate chips + 1/2 tsp coconut oil)


  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients until smooth (~30seconds)
  • Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes
  • While baking, prepare the peanut butter layer by mixing its ingredients together.
  • Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave them in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Layer the peanut butter mixture over the oats, then add the chocolate layer on top.
  • Refrigerate until the layers harden.
