45 Sec Carrot (Pan)cake


1/3 cup pancake mix
1/2 scoop FLEX Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp grated carrot
1 tsp brown sugar or zero cal sweetener
dash of cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves
water for consistency

2 T greek yogurt or cream cheese
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
milk for consistency


  • Mix together pancake mix and dry ingredients. 
  • Microwave for 45-60 seconds.
  • Whip together frosting ingredients and pour on top.
  • Enjoy!
