INGREDIENTS
1/3 Cup Pancake Mix
1/2 Scoop FLEX Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Grated Carrot
1 Tsp Brown Sugar Or Zero Cal Sweetener
Dash Of Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, And Ground Cloves
Water For Consistency
Frosting:
2 T Greek Yogurt Or Cream Cheese
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Milk For Consistency
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together pancake mix and dry ingredients.
- Microwave for 45-60 seconds.
- Whip together frosting ingredients and pour on top.
- Enjoy!
