INGREDIENTS

60g Flex Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
40g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
30g All Purpose Flour
20g Almond Flour
10g Coconut Flour
6g Zero Cal Sweetener

5g Baking Soda
Big Pinch Sea Salt
100g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
60g Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
2 Large Egg (Room Temperature)
30g Mini Chocolate Chips

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Then add your wet ingredients and mix till you get a cookie dough consistency. Then add your mini chocolate chips and mix those in.
  • Line an oven safe pan with parchment paper and then use a small cookie scooper to add 18 dough balls to the pan.
  • Then lightly wet your fingers and press the cookie dough balls into a cookie shape.
  • Add to oven on 350 degrees F for EXACTLY 4 minutes. No more, no less.
  • Then let set for 15-30 minutes. It’s hard to not want to touch them but trust me just let them chill! Then it’s time to enjoy!
