INGREDIENTS
150g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
150g Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 Large Egg
30g FLEX Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
12g Blueberry Pastry Protein Cookie Butter Powder
8g Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
5g Zero Cal Sweetener
100g Fresh Blueberries
DIRECTIONS
- Add all your ingredients into a small blender and blend till smooth.
- Add the batter evenly to your two 10oz ramekins.
- Air fry on 250 degrees F for 25 minutes.
- Once done, let them cool in the ramekins for about 20-30 minutes. Then transfer to the fridge to cool and set for another 1-2 hours. The longer the better aka preferably overnight.
- Then once ready, add your toppings and enjoy!
