Strawberry French Toast Protein Balls
Ingredients
2 scoops FLEX vanilla protein powder
1 cup strawberry stuffed french toast almond butter
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
handful of freeze dried strawberries, lightly crushed
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix using a spoon or rubber spatula. once crumbly, mix with hands.
- Add additional peanut butter/honey little bit at a time if needed.
- Form balls using a heaping tbsp or a 1” cookie scoop.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
