INGREDIENTS

110g Plain Non Fat Greek yogurt
20g whipped cream cheese
4-6 drops red food coloring
15g Vanilla whey/casein blend protein powder
15g Red Velvet Protein Cookie Butter powder
3g cocoa powder
4g sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding mix
4g zero cal sweetener
Pinch of salt
1 crushed Oreo thin
Do 30g of Red Velvet Protein Cookie Butter if you want even more of a red velvet flavor! Just omit the 15g of vanilla protein powder.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add your greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese and red food coloring to a bowl and mix till smooth.
  2. Then add your dry ingredients into another bowl and mix till smooth to avoid clumping.
  3. Now combine your dry with your wet ingredients and mix till you get a thick frosting/cookie dough like consistency.
  4. Then mix in your crushed OREO thin and enjoy!
