Protein Pancake Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 FLEX vanilla whey protein powder (vegan option available)
1/2 cup protein pancake mix
1 egg
1/2 a banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Optional toppings:
raspberries
Peanute Butter
sugar free maple syrup

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl except chocolate chips and whisk together until smooth.
  • Transfer to a microwave safe bowl and top with chocolate chips. Microwave for 3 minutes (checking every minute to make sure it doesn’t over flow).
  • Let cool then add toppings and enjoy!
