Red Velvet Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 scoop FLEX chocolate protein powder
1 - 1.5 cups milk
1 tbsp dutch cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp beetroot powder
Liquid stevia to taste
2 red velvet oreos

Directions

  • In a creami pint, mix together all ingredients except for the oreos. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Once completely frozen, attach the pint to the ninja and hit “lite ice cream.” Run the cycle 1-2 more times if needed.
  • Add oreos to the center of the pint and hit “re-spin” or “mix-ins” for chunkier pieces.
  • Top with whipped cream and additional oreo crumbs if desired. enjoy!
