Protein Fudgesicles
Ingredients
2 scoops FLEX chocolate whey protein powder
2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (or regular)
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
Chocolate coating:
1/4 cup dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- Add all ingredients except chocolate and coconut oil to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into Popsicle molds and freeze for around 3 hours or until completely frozen.
- Add chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted.
- Remove popsicles from molds and dip in chocolate. Freeze for another 10 minutes to allow chocolate to set and enjoy!
