Protein Chocolate Mug Cake


1 scoop FLEX chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp oat flour
1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp granulated sugar substituter
1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Optional: dark chocolate for topping


  • To a bowl add protein powder, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and mix.
  • Then whisk in egg and almond milk until smooth. Transfer to a microwave safe bowl or mug and top with chocolate.
  • Microwave for 1 min, let sit for a few seconds then microwave for another 30 seconds. Top with peanut butter and enjoy!
