Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

3/4 scoop FLEX vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter party cookie butter powder
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 banana (~30g), mashed
1/2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
water for consistency
1 tbsp chocolate chips, melted
flakey sea salt

Directions

  • Mix together yogurt, protein powder, and banana. smooth out the top.
  • Mix together peanut butter powder and syrup and add water 1 tsp at a time until you get a drippy peanut butter consistency. layer on top of the yogurt.
  • Melt chocolate and layer on top of the peanut butter. top with flakey sea salt.
  • Freeze for at least 20 minutes (longer if you want the yogurt to be a little more frozen) and enjoy!
